Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism, under supervision by a BCBA. Responsibilities include data collection, implementing plans, and collaborating with families to promote meaningful progress.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Prior experience with autism and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skills growth.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
