Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and generalization of skills while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for each session.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
