Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect progress data under BCBA supervision.

A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required, along with reliable transportation and strong communication skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, a safe session environment, and ongoing professional growth through training and support from

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement plans designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions
