Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and collect real-time data to track progress.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a HS diploma (BA/BS a plus), and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and a passion for helping children and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility)
• HS Diploma required; BA/BS in related field a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
