Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect real-time data on progress.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification (preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
