Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBAs and collect real-time progress data while collaborating with families.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, strong communication, and a passion for meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
