Caravel Autism Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA-based sessions in Cedar Rapids, IA. You’ll assist clinicians, implement treatment targets, document progress, and help clients build communication and daily living skills.

No prior behavioral health experience is required; we provide paid training and support to obtain the RBT credential. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work full-time hours.
• No prior experience in behavioral health required; paid training provided.
• RBT certification is encouraged and supported within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians during ABA-based sessions with clients.
• Implement treatment targets and record progress notes.
• Support development of communication and daily living skills.
• Attend training and pursue RBT credential as part of role.
