Caravel Autism Health seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will participate in 1:1 sessions, document progress, and help clients build essential skills, with paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
