Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Mon–Fri (Some Saturdays for makeup sessions).
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Use ABA-based strategies to build communication and daily living skills.
• Document progress and adjust approaches in collaboration with the team.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative work environment.
• Promote development of essential skills and milestones for children.
