Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support ABA-based interventions and help children build communication and independence. You will document progress, follow individualized treatment plans, and contribute to daily client sessions at our Minnesota centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ABA-based interventions and track client progress.
• Support development of essential skills in daily activities.
• Document progress and collaborate with supervising staff.
