Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will implement ABA-based targets, document progress, and help build essential skills in 1:1 sessions.

No prior experience is required; you will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and grow with a supportive team. Benefits include 401(k) with company match and health options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based instruction to clients.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document client progress and milestones.
• Support clients in developing communication and daily living skills.
