Farmasi Headquarters, located in Istanbul / Çekmeköy, is looking for a Maintenance Manager to be assigned to the Technical Maintenance Department.

• Lead and manage mechanical and electrical maintenance operations across production facilities
• Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Analyze equipment failures and conduct root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions
• Manage and develop maintenance teams, ensuring efficiency and performance
• Oversee maintenance planning, reporting, and performance tracking (SAP experience is a plus)
• Coordinate complex maintenance activities and contractors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
• Support maintenance budgeting and cost control

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or food manufacturing, with proven managerial responsibility
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in preventive and predictive maintenance systems
• Proven experience managing mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
• Advanced verbal and written English skills
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Decision‑maker, result‑oriented, and proactive mindset
