Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments

Job Description
  • Planning and arranging travel, flight, accommodation, and transfer reservations for the Chairman, Board Members, and employees, and ensuring the follow-up of all travel processes
  • Preparing the agenda for Board meetings, reviewing meeting documents and presentations, and coordinating all pre-meeting arrangements
  • Managing end-to-end planning, communication, and coordination of internal and external meetings, events, dinners, and organizational activities
  • To monitor the lighting, heating, and technical systems of the LEED-certified administrative building by coordinating the relevant personnel, To coordinate meeting room availability, manage pre-meeting preparations and guest reception, ensuring smooth office operations
  • Handling incoming and outgoing documents, cargo, filing, and tracking corporate identity materials (business cards, signatures, flags, etc.) in coordination with relevant departments
  • Ensuring effective information flow and communication between the Board and other departments within the company, and representing the executive when necessary
