Job summary

A leading energy investment firm in Turkey is seeking a Board Assistant to coordinate travel arrangements and manage meetings at their Torbalı headquarters. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience, and is proficient in MS Office with excellent English skills. Responsibilities include planning travel, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring effective internal and external communication. Qualifications

  • Ability to take quick actions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and arrange travel and transfer reservations for executives.
  • Prepare agendas for Board meetings and coordinate pre-meeting arrangements.
  • Manage planning and coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Monitor technical systems of the company's administrative building.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and ensure effective communication.
