• *Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
  *Proficient in general accounting, cost accounting, tax legislation, and uniform chart of accounts,
  *Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of accounting,
  *Preferably experienced or willing to develop in financial control, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting,
  *Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel,
  *Actively using Logo Tiger accounting software,
  *Good command of English,
  *Analytical thinker with attention to detail and strong reporting skills,
  *Disciplined in task follow-up, with strong planning and prioritization abilities,
  *Team player with strong communication skills,
  *For male candidates, military service must be completed.

Ensure that all financial and accounting processes of the company are conducted in compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures,

Implement necessary accounting control systems to safeguard the company’s assets,

Verify the accuracy of accounting records and ensure proper archiving of documents,

Monitor incoming and outgoing e-invoices via Logo Connect and manage related recording processes,

Accurately record purchase invoices, returns, collections, payments, and offsetting documents by verifying their completeness,

Track company inventories and fixed assets; ensure inventory records are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations,

Monitor customs expenses and ensure timely accounting entries,

Conduct regular reconciliations of domestic customer and supplier accounts,

Analyze production, sales, marketing, and general administrative expenses regularly; share results with relevant departments and develop cost-saving recommendations,

Monitor production costs and operational expenses; analyze budget vs. actual variances,

Take an active role in the preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, and presenting results to management,

Complete monthly and annual closing processes in a timely and accurate manner and carry out the related reporting activities.
