For our technical team, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our office in Cayirova, Kocaeli – Istanbul – Turkey.

Your role:

1. Take responsibility for the user-friendly installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and associated equipment of elevators.
2. Communicate with clients and installation teams remotely and facilitate international lift installation projects.
3. Respond to and handle various service requests efficiently.
4. Document and update all technical manuals for the company.
5. Provide technical support and training to external partners and internal colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing.
6. Perform other assigned tasks as required.
7. Possess completed electromechanical studies or have 3 years of relevant work experience in elevator electrical systems or similar.
8. Understand and create drawings and specifications to utilize proper equipment and safety procedures for the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevator control systems and machinery.
9. Be confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Turkish and English.
11. Demonstrate good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and handle conflicting priorities.
12. Show strong attention to detail.
13. Be authorized to work in Turkey. Our office is located in Cayirova, Kocaeli – Istanbul – Turkey.
