Job Description

• Lead daily production, maintenance, supply chain, and QESH operations to achieve targets in quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing and TPM to boost efficiency.
• Manage equipment maintenance to maximize uptime and extend asset life.
• Promote safety across all operations, in full compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop and coach a diverse team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Create and execute operational plans aligned with business strategy.
• Take full P&L responsibility, manage budgets, and optimize costs.
• Oversee supply chain functions and collaborate with global teams for alignment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and health regulations.
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives aligned with corporate goals.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with proven success in production, maintenance, and operations management.
• Essential experience in P&L management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams and cross-functional collaboration across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills focused on building high-performing teams.
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities; experienced with project management tools and managing multiple projects.
• Strong financial acumen to drive cost-efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Turkish.
• Reports to the Global Manufacturing Leader.
• Collaborates with Global Planning, Product & Portfolio Performance, Procurement, Safety & Quality, and Commercial teams.
