About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest international law firms, and we are looking for Front Desk professional to join their team!

Job Description

  • Provide a courteous and professional welcome to clients, guests, and business associates, in person and by phone, representing the firm with poise and discretion
  • Manage the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy, organized, and equipped with functional technical tools
  • Provide administrative support to legal and business teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and calendar management
  • Assist in the planning of internal meetings and occasional events
  • Liaise with external service providers and international teams (e.g., IT support based overseas) to resolve operational needs
  • Handle office purchasing needs, such as ordering supplies for the kitchen or general office use
  • Conduct light research or follow-up on ad-hoc office requests
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment that reflects the firm's standards


The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant experience in a front desk, administrative, or office coordination role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
  • Well-presented, organized, and composed under pressure
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
  • Experience in a law firm or international professional services environment is a plus
  • University diploma required; additional education or certifications in office administration is an advantage.
