Job summary

Henkel GCC in Ankara is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer for the Central Anatolia and Black Sea region. You will coordinate sales activities, develop business opportunities, and drive growth across defined accounts with a focus on Adhesive Technologies for vehicle repair and maintenance.

The role requires 2–3 years of industrial/automotive sales experience, a relevant engineering degree, and strong English communication. Occasional travel is expected as part of regional coverage.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or related departments.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in industrial/automotive aftermarket is preferred.
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate existing sales activities for the Central Anatolia / Black Sea region.
• Develop business opportunities to increase sales in the area for Adhesive Technologies.
• Deliver KPIs and performance metrics in territory accounts.
• Prepare and implement action plans to grow sales, profit and market share.
• Execute customer roadmap and manage CRM opportunities in ACE.
• Develop and manage projects to fulfil customers' technical needs.
• Manage distributors and improve distributor staff knowledge.
• Provide input to Manager on customer needs and market trends.
• Provide technical information to customers about Vehicle Repair & Maintenance Adhesive Technologies.
• Conduct market analysis and support roll-out activities for selected customers.
