Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Turkey seeks a field-based sales professional to coordinate activities for the Central Anatolia and Black Sea region. You will drive opportunities, manage distributors, and deliver KPIs.

You will develop plans to grow sales, maintain relationships at defined accounts, and utilize CRM ACE to track progress. A degree in engineering and 2–3 years in industrial/automotive after-market sales are preferred, with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in industrial/automotive after-market sales.
• University degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate existing sales activities for the Central Anatolia/Black Sea region.
• Develop business opportunities to increase sales in the responsible area for Adhesive Technologies.
• Deliver KPIs and growth in defined accounts and territory.
• Prepare and implement action plans to develop sales, profit, and market share.
• Manage customer roadmap and use CRM ACE to capture opportunities.
