Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Service Sales Manager to expand the Service Sales channel in Turkey. You will supervise the Service team, coach associates, and drive sales for equipment, spare parts, and service offerings while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires MBA or postgraduate qualification, strong sales management experience in B2B, excellent communication, and willingness to travel. Istanbul-based preferred, with strategic sales responsibilities across the country.

Qualifications

Degree level with postgraduate qualification or MBA.
Service Sales / Marketing qualification and experience essential.
Business acumen and financial awareness to meet targets and provide commercial solutions.
Strong customer service approach with analytical and database skills.
Commercially and technically savvy, customer-focused with strategic thinking.
Willingness to travel extensively and visit customers in the field.

Responsibilities

Grow, engage, and develop the Service team.
Coach and support associates on performance expectations.
Take sales responsibility for equipment business.
Manage service spare parts stock and warranty.
Define country Service sales strategy and coach the team to achieve targets.
Contribute to top-level business planning and sales strategy alignment.
Set sales targets for revenues, profitability, and development; monitor performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives; document sales processes.
Run analyses and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
Work with Service Teams and Business Areas to maximize customer satisfaction.
