Job summary

Safilo Türkiye in Istanbul seeks an experienced Sales Operations and Customer Service Manager to drive commercial effectiveness and operational excellence in the Turkish market. You will lead sales planning, forecasting and budgeting, and oversee customer service and logistics performance to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Engineering or Supply Chain).
• 5-7 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, Sales Analytics or similar.
• Previous people management experience preferred.
• Experience in consumer goods, eyewear or related industries advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales planning, forecasting and budgeting for the Turkish market.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate demand planning with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Ensure alignment between forecasts and supply planning.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support decision making.
• Oversee Customer Service, Logistics and Order fulfilment.
• Lead and develop Customer Service and Logistics teams.
