Reset HR Consulting is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager for a client in the electronics supply chain. The role is based in Turkey with onsite work in Ankara or Istanbul, managing the full sales cycle and building strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in B2B sales within electronics, strong negotiation skills, and a consultative, relationship-driven approach to expand an international client network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or commercial business development.
• Background in electronic components, semiconductors, electronics distribution, or EMS/manufacturing supply chains is must.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a value-driven consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from market research and prospecting to RFQ negotiation and deal closing.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with OEMs, EMS providers, engineering, and procurement teams to deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
• Advise clients on navigating complex supply chain challenges, including component shortages, End-of-Life (EOL) risks, and BOM cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal global procurement teams and represent the company at key client meetings and industry events.
