Job summary

Mavi is seeking an Organizational Development Supervisor to join its Human Resources Department in Istanbul. The role focuses on designing and managing performance, learning, career, engagement, and organizational development processes aligned with HR strategies.

Strong stakeholder management and English proficiency are required. You will coordinate central HR practices, lead improvement projects, manage end-to-end performance cycles, and support leadership development and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Designing and managing performance, learning & development, career, engagement, and organizational development processes in line with HR strategies.
• Coordinating central HR practices, setting priorities, and ensuring effective execution of key initiatives.
• Leading projects to enhance organizational efficiency and monitoring their impact.
• Managing end-to-end performance processes (goal setting, mid-year, year-end) and driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting career development and managing 360-degree feedback processes to generate actionable insights.
• Coordinating training needs analysis and implementing annual development plans.
• Designing and delivering leadership and employee development programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Managing employee engagement processes, analyzing insights, and leading action plans.
• Planning and facilitating HR meetings and ensuring follow-up on decisions.
• Managing budgets for learning and organizational development processes.
• Supporting quality and ISO processes, including documentation and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and guiding relevant stakeholders.
