Job summary
HubX is looking for an Organizational Development Manager to drive scalable people and organizational design in Turkey. You will shape job architecture, grading, compensation, and performance management in a fast-growing studio-based organization.
You will lead talent management, succession planning, and learning & development, while leveraging People Analytics to inform business decisions. This role reports to the Head of People & Culture, with ownership and a strong focus on high-performance
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development or a similar HR function.
- Strong experience in job architecture, grading, compensation & benefits and performance management.
- Hands-on experience with talent management, succession planning and learning & development practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in People Analytics, HR reporting and data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing HRIS platforms and leveraging People data to improve processes and support business decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve our job architecture and grading framework, ensuring scalable and consistent organizational design.
- Lead annual compensation, review total rewards processes and including bonus planning and execution.
- Support the execution and continuous improvement of our performance management, goal-setting and continuous feedback practices, helping strengthen our high-performance culture.
- Manage and continuously enhance our People dashboards, HRIS capabilities and people analytics, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights for the business.
- Monitor workforce planning, organizational structures to support sustainable growth and evolving business needs.
- Own our talent management processes, including talent reviews and career development, ensuring strong internal talent pipelines and a robust talent ecosystem.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives that empower our people, strengthen leadership capabilities and bring our xCulture to life.
- Support organizational effectiveness initiatives and contribute to building high-performing teams across the business.
- Continuously improve our HRIS ecosystem, People data quality and core People processes to build simple, scalable and globally aligned People practices.
