Job summary

Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Organizational Development Supervisor to lead performance management, workforce planning and career architecture. You will drive HR analytics, partner with multiple functions and ensure effective OD practices across the organization.

The role requires extensive OD experience, strong stakeholder management and fluency in English, with a focus on delivering data-driven insights and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in Organizational Development.
• Solid understanding of organizational structures, workforce planning and job evaluation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end performance management processes, including planning and reporting.
• Lead strategic workforce planning with headcount analysis aligned to business priorities.
• Conduct norm staffing studies with workload and staffing efficiency assessments.
• Manage career architecture, including job families, paths and position classifications.
• Coordinate job evaluation, grading, and consistency across roles.
• Oversee organizational design, reporting lines, titles and job descriptions.
• Coordinate cross-functional Organizational Development projects with stakeholders.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors usage and continuous improvement in OD processes.
• Prepare organizational analyses, reports and presentations for HR leadership.
