Job summary

Döhler Turkey is seeking an HR Team Lead for the Marmara Factory in Balıkesir to implement HR practices aligned with strategic goals. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives, and design annual training plans to drive development.

You will also manage multi-skill development programs, ensure HR compliance with labor laws, and oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in a dynamic, international company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implementing HR practices in the field in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Designing and delivering employee development programs and annual training plans.
• Managing and continuously enhancing multi-skill development programs for employees to support skill growth and operational excellence.
