Qualifications

• Conducting training needs analyses and developing annual learning plans based on organizational and employee development needs.
• Designing and implementing leadership development, employee development, and functional training programs.
• Coordinating end-to-end training processes, from needs assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and impact measurement.
• Developing digital learning solutions and innovative learning methodologies.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses and develop annual learning plans aligned with organizational needs.
• Design, implement, and evaluate leadership and employee development programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end training processes from planning to delivery and assessment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver tailored learning solutions.
• Prepare training reports and analyze metrics to inform improvements.
• Support digital learning initiatives and innovative learning methods.
