We are looking for an Human Resources Associate to join our Human Resources Department.

What will be expected of you in this role?

• Conducting training needs analyses and developing annual learning plans based on organizational and employee development needs
• Designing and implementing leadership development, employee development, and functional training programs
• Coordinating end-to-end training processes, from needs assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation
• Ensuring the effective delivery of learning programs and contributing to continuous process improvement
• Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and impact measurement, and developing action plans based on identified development areas
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external training providers to develop tailored learning solutions and ensure high-quality delivery
• Planning and coordinating learning activities, including training calendars, logistics, and participant communications
• Supporting career development initiatives and identifying learning opportunities to enhance employee capabilities
• Preparing training reports, analyzing key metrics, and sharing insights on development opportunities with relevant stakeholders
• Contributing to the development and implementation of digital learning solutions and innovative learning methodologies
• Ensuring that learning and development processes comply with relevant company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Why you?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or related HR functions
• Experience in designing, coordinating, and implementing learning and development programs
• Knowledge of training needs analysis, learning methodologies, and training effectiveness measurement
• Experience in leadership development and employee development programs is an advantage
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Advanced level of English
