Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 20 years of operations and manufacturing experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong track record of improving operational performance through KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Ability to make cross-functional decisions and own operating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company’s operational functions and translate business strategy into clear operational priorities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
• Own overall operational performance across quality, cost, productivity, capacity, reliability, and delivery targets.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration, align competing priorities, and establish clear accountability for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across functional boundaries.
• Develop teams, strengthen leadership capability, and build succession within the organisation.
• Provide the CEO with clear, data-driven insights on operational performance, risks, opportunities, capacity, and strategic investment needs.
