Job summary

KONE in Istanbul is seeking a seasoned Logistics Business Manager to drive end-to-end logistics strategy and transform operations across Türkiye. You will own the budget, lead cost optimization, inventory governance, and partnerships with logistics service providers to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in English; native Turkish is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing logistics, warehousing, transportation, customs, and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of large-scale operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
• APICS certifications (CLTD/ CSCP/ CPIM) are highly desirable.
• Experience in Türkiye or similar markets with knowledge of customs/regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost optimization results.
• Lean, digital transformation, and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-looking logistics strategy to support growth and service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and customs.
• Lead partnerships with Logistics Service Providers and optimize network under cost targets.
• Drive inventory governance, cycle counting, and working capital optimization.
• Own the logistics budget and ensure financial transparency and KPI governance.
• Lead Lean, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across logistics.
