Portfolio Management Firm Türkiye seeks an accomplished CEO/General Manager to lead the firm’s growth after strong AUM expansion. You will shape strategic direction, own financial performance, and drive sustainable growth across investment products and distribution channels in Türkiye's asset management industry.

Reporting to the Board, you will strengthen governance, regulatory relationships and executive leadership while building a high-performance culture and continuing talent development.

Qualifications

• Executive with 15+ years in asset/wealth management or financial services.
• At least 5 years in a C-suite or General Manager role.
• Proven track record in growth and business transformation.
• Experience with Turkish capital markets and regulatory bodies.

We are retained by a well-established portfolio management company in Turkey to identify an accomplished CEO / General Manager to lead the firm's next phase of growth, following a period of strong AUM expansion and increasing market presence.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this executive will shape the company's strategic direction, own its financial performance, drive sustainable growth across investment products and distribution channels, and further strengthen the firm's position within Türkiye's asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's strategic vision, business plan and financial targets, with full P&L ownership.
• Drive growth across investment products, distribution channels and Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Lead digital transformation and product innovation initiatives to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Lead the executive team, foster a high-performance culture, and build a strong talent and succession pipeline.
• Strengthen relationships with investors, regulators and key strategic partners.
• Ensure strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• A senior executive with 15+ years in asset management, wealth management or financial services, including at least 5 years in a C-suite or General Manager role.
• A strategic and commercially driven leader with a track record of leading business growth and transformation, ideally with direct board-level reporting experience.
• Strong command of capital markets, investment products and the Turkish financial services ecosystem.
• Experience engaging with regulatory bodies and managing regulatory relationships at a senior level.
• An inspiring people leader with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
