Job summary

dLocal is seeking a dynamic Strategic Operations Manager in Turkey to drive efficiency, scale processes, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. This role sits at the core of aligning operations with company goals and regional growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will partner with senior leadership to optimize cross-functional workflows, manage KPIs, and build regional networks for cohesive execution and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management, strategy, or related role.
• Experience in Payments, Fintechs, and Digital Banks is highly desirable.
• Familiar with Legal, Finance, Product, and IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement operational strategies.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and drive scalability.
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor performance.
• Manage relations and negotiations with partners and local acquirers.
• Lead cross-functional projects with clear communication and timely delivery.
• Champion change initiatives and ensure adoption.
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to inform decisions.
• Identify risks in operations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor local regulatory/licensing requirements affecting the business.
• Evaluate tools or systems to improve efficiency and support goals.
• Provide information flow to other teams and support sales/ops as a regional expert.
