Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead the Company in executing its strategic plan and regulatory obligations.
Oversee day-to-day operations including finance, compliance, risk, technology, and HR.
Ensure compliance with regulations including CMB and corporate governance standards.
Engage with authorities, investors, and clients to build relationships.
Develop and monitor internal controls, risk management, and governance systems.
Monitor financial performance, profitability, and growth while hitting revenue targets.
Provide leadership to the executive team and develop talent for long-term success.
Drive growth through new business opportunities and client service excellence.
