ÇOLAKOĞLU Metalurji A.Ş. in Turkey is seeking a senior HR leader to drive the HR strategy and people agenda aligned with business priorities.

You will act as a strategic partner to senior management and global HR teams, overseeing labor relations, unionized processes, and workforce operations. You will lead organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent, succession, and workforce planning, while advancing HR transformation, digitalization, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

20+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing.
Experience with blue-collar populations and complex employee relations.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR operations.
Experience in a unionized environment and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) processes preferred.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and possess strong executive presence.
Commercial, analytical, and hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

Drive the HR strategy and people agenda in line with business priorities.
Act as a strategic business partner to senior management and global HR teams.
Manage employee and industrial relations, labor law, workforce operations, and disciplinary processes.
Lead organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent, succession, and workforce planning.
Strengthen HR transformation, digitalization, and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead a broad HR organization encompassing HR Business Partners (HRBP), Talent, Payroll, and Personnel Affairs.
