Hugent Hizmet ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti in Turkey seeks a seasoned CHRO-level HR leader to drive the company-wide HR strategy and organizational transformation in a manufacturing-focused environment.

You will partner with the CEO and Executive Management to shape talent, succession, performance, and compensation programs while managing industrial relations and CBAs across sites. Strong English and pragmatic leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with leadership at CHRO level.
Experience in manufacturing/heavy industry environments.
Extensive unionized environment experience and collective bargaining.
Strategic partnership to CEO and senior leadership.
Experience in organizational development, talent and succession, and compensation & benefits.
Proven capability in organizational transformation and change management.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth.
Act as strategic business partner to CEO and Executive Management.
Oversee organizational development, talent management, succession planning and compensation & benefits.
Develop workforce strategies for complex manufacturing environments.
Lead industrial relations and union negotiations with constructive labor relations.
Manage labor-related risks and organizational changes across sites.
Strengthen leadership capabilities and succession pipelines.
Drive transformation, change management and cultural development.
Establish HR governance and practices supporting operational excellence.
Lead HR organization with HQ and manufacturing site alignment.
