Job summary

Vodafone in Turkey seeks an HR professional to lead organizational design, change management and people analytics. You’ll maintain org charts, support budgeting, and ensure timely updates across HR systems.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Business Administration or similar, has at least four years’ experience, fluent English, and strong communication with a collaborative mindset to drive people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the organization charts up to date monthly and during HC planning; supports organizational change.
• Supports HRBP for periodic HR budget planning and follows up budgeted headcounts.
• Advises on reporting lines and title changes; updates relevant IT systems on time.
• Implements organizational changes based on the change plan; prepares change announcements.
• Prepares updated organizational structure documents and informs HR MIS of system changes.
• Facilitates development plans for low performers and tracks them throughout the year.
• Evaluates promotion requests.
• Reflects status changes in systems on a monthly basis.
• Tracks vacant roles for managers and below; conducts interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepares offer letters for candidates.
• Tracks termination processes end to end and conducts exit interviews.
• Organizes Open Door Meetings, Coffee Talks, and 121s with employees.
• Analyzes Spirit Beat Results and works with the Spirit Team on the action plan.
