Job summary

Add HR in Turkey is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead recruitment, promotion/assignment, performance, training, remuneration, and employee engagement while managing headcount and ensuring legal and ethical processes.

The role requires ownership of HR processes, strong Turkish Labour Law knowledge, advanced English, excellent communication and planning skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR Consulting to design targeted solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant HR experience at business partner level.
• Advanced English required.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Ability to own and drive HR processes with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, promotion/assignment, performance, training, and remuneration.
• Be the first contact for employees on HR topics and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with HR Consulting to design targeted HR solutions.
