• Familiarity with HR systems and digital HR tools.
• Strong communication and English language skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities
• Coordinate training and development activities based on organizational and employee needs
• Contribute to performance management and employee development processes
• Support organizational development initiatives and HR projects
• Contribute to employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture activities
• Support the planning and coordination of internal HR events and employee initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
