Job summary

Banvit MBRF in Istanbul is seeking an HR Data Administrator to join our global team. You will manage employee data across HR systems, support lifecycle processes, and produce reports to inform business decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least 1 year in HR operations, fluent English, and strong Excel skills; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a big plus. Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or HR systems.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance across processes.
Support hiring, onboarding, employee changes and transfers.
Prepare HR reports, presentations and people insights to support business and HR decision-making.
Provide day-to-day support to employees and HR teams on HR systems, processes and system-related issues.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams on employee data, compensation changes and system updates.
Contribute to HR transformation projects by supporting project plans, timelines, milestones and implementation activities.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR digital tools and platforms.
Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve data quality and enhance the overall employee experience.
Keep up with emerging HR technology trends and bring new ideas to how we work.
