Job summary

Vodafone Turkey is seeking an experienced leader in data privacy and information security to design and manage privacy programs across the business. You will lead the creation and maintenance of data protection policies, perform Privacy Impact Assessments, and drive compliance across multiple functions with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electric & Electronic or Computing).
• 10+ years of experience in information security, data privacy, data management or programme management.
• Proven ability to manage projects at technical and strategic levels.
• Strong knowledge of privacy regulations and security governance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate and execute data privacy compliance practices.
• Lead the Data Protection and Information Security Policy to meet business needs.
• Develop processes and controls mitigating information security and data protection risks.
• Create and maintain data protection registers and monitor data sharing, retention and disposal.
• Remediate vulnerabilities for IT security and risk.
• Perform data discovery to identify and monitor personal data.
• Act as project manager on IT security for Vodafone Turkey and VF Technology Security.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and Data Protection Audits.
• Collaborate with Vodafone Group Privacy and 3rd parties on data handling.
• Monitor regulatory changes and manage privacy training programs.
