Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Turkey seeks an experienced leader to drive data privacy and information security programs across the VF Group Privacy function. You will partner with the DPO, IT security teams, and business units to ensure robust privacy governance and risk mitigation.

The role requires 10+ years in privacy/security, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to lead complex projects in a global context. Hybrid work options and broad stakeholder engagement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic or Computing).
• 10+ years of experience in information security, data privacy, data management or programme management.
• Project/programme management skills with multi-discipline coordination.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and security governance.
• Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work with a global team and influence senior management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, coordination, and execution of data privacy compliance practices.
• Manage Data Protection and Information Security Policy design and delivery.
• Develop processes to mitigate Information Security and Data Protection risks.
• Maintain data protection registers, data retention, and breach notification.
• Lead privacy impact assessments and data protection audits.
• Collaborate with VF Group Privacy and Vodafone Turkey DPO on inquiries or incidents.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to capture PII requirements in Agile development.
• Oversight of supplier due diligence and third-party data handling.
