Job summary
OYAK Çimento in Turkey is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning & Organization Design Specialist to lead workforce planning, organizational design, job evaluation, and people analytics to ensure an optimal workforce structure.
This role reports to the Compensation & Benefits Manager and collaborates with business leaders to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and strategic staffing across manufacturing sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Statistics.
- Master’s degree in HR or related field is an advantage.
- 5–7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in workforce planning and analytics.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial or multinational organizations preferred.
- Knowledge of Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation Methodology preferred.
- Experience in organizational transformation and restructuring projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce plans aligned with business strategies.
- Conduct supply and demand analyses to identify talent gaps and risks.
- Support budgeting and headcount planning with scenario analyses.
- Monitor turnover, retirements, succession risks, and capability shortages.
- Develop productivity and efficiency metrics to support decisions.
- Lead organizational structure reviews and governance documentation.
