GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department
- Minimum 15 years of experience in organizational development, business processes and job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits
- Proven experience in managing performance and talent management processes end‑to‑end
- Strong experience in HR analytics, data modeling, KPI tracking, and reporting
- Experience in benefits administration, HR budgeting, and incentive/bonus systems
- Strong knowledge of the Hay Methodology and hands‑on experience in compensation analysis and salary surveys
- Proven experience in organizational structure analysis, job evaluation, and workforce/norm staffing studies
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, planning, and follow‑up skills
- Strong awareness of industry trends and ability to contribute to projects driven by digitalization and transformation
- Advanced level of English proficiency
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the effective and healthy management of Özak Global Holding’s organizational structure. In this context, conduct current‑state analyses by taking into consideration inputs such as process architecture, business growth or downsizing requirements, and organizational needs in line with the company’s strategies; plan the necessary transformations to align the organizational structure with business strategies.
- Ensure that HR and Talent Management processes are managed across all Group companies through an integrated, consistent, and sustainable infrastructure that is aligned with the specific needs of each company.
- Evaluate organizational change requests received from business units in terms of their alignment with the Holding’s overall strategies and provide guidance to the relevant business units accordingly.
- Establish common objectives and KPIs across key areas such as workforce planning, performance and talent management, process management, and organizational change in order to ensure the integration of HR processes across the organization; effectively manage these processes at Holding level and coordinate them with HR Business Partners.
- Develop and manage the company’s long‑term compensation and benefits strategy by taking into consideration inflation, employee performance, market benchmarks, and compensation trends.
- Ensure the effective management of the HR budget; determine the annual HR budget in line with strategic objectives and develop policies to optimize budget utilization. Manage the budget across areas including personnel costs, employee benefits, training investments, and organizational development projects.
- Establish data‑driven decision‑making mechanisms within HR processes by defining HR data management and reporting strategies, standardizing data flows across the organization, and establishing the necessary reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Consolidate critical HR data, including employee data, performance indicators, workforce planning, and talent management metrics, within a centralized system to support and shape the company’s long‑term human resources strategies.
- Lead and manage the teams responsible for Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Talent Management, and HR Analytics & Reporting.
