Job summary

Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa in Bursa region seeks a Labor Relations & HR Administration Team Leader to oversee HR operations at the Gemlik plant. The role focuses on compliance, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, and people development.

You will lead Talent Acquisition, Growth & Performance Management, and data-driven HR initiatives while collaborating with Corporate Communications on employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Labor Law and local regulations across all HR operations.
• Support union relations and collective bargaining where applicable.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for a seamless employee experience.
• Manage HRIS integrity, data entry, updates and benefits administration.
