Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably with managerial experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Analytics.
• Strong experience in compensation management, salary structures and reward systems.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies such as Korn Ferry, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson.
• Solid knowledge of payroll processes, Turkish Labor Law, SGK regulations, and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team by supporting employee development and ensuring effective execution of HR processes.
• Oversee the company's compensation system and market-aligned compensation methodology; drive improvements.
• Implement and maintain the job evaluation system amid organizational changes.
• Conduct market compensation surveys and monitor industry trends to shape strategies.
• Analyze salary structures, bands, benefits, and practices; provide management with recommendations.
