Job summary

OYAK Çimento is seeking a Customer Technical Support Executive to organize and manage technical support activities for international customers and domestic processes. The role includes developing product strategies, supporting pricing studies, and delivering technical briefings and training for new product launches.

The candidate should have a civil/chemical/materials engineering background with 7+ years in construction chemicals, cement, or concrete sectors, and strong English and Turkish

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Materials Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PhD is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage technical support activities for international customers and domestic clients.
• Conduct market research and analyses to enable product segmentation and positioning.
• Develop product strategies, assist in pricing studies, and support product development.
• Provide technical product briefings before and after sales and deliver training for new product launches.
