Job summary

Bosforo Mühendislik is seeking experienced Sales Engineers to prepare proposals and quotations, take ownership of projects, visit customers, and support sales activities. You will report progress to management, monitor action items, and maintain communication with international partners.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management and technical sales, a background in packaging machinery, an engineering degree, strong English skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, proposal preparation, and/or technical sales.
• Experience in packaging, packaging machinery, or industrial machinery industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel domestically or internationally; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project proposals and quotations and ensure follow-up.
• Provide technical support to the technical team when required.
• Visit customers and support sales activities.
• Prepare action lists and report progress to management.
• Participate in task allocation and monitor completion of action items.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with international partners.
• Prepare detailed technical and business development reports.
