Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Product Sales Executive to drive global sales of silo, packaging, and conveying systems, handling end-to-end commercial processes from procurement to customer delivery in our Istanbul office.

The role requires coordinating with six international regional sales teams across Africa, Latin America, MEA and Asia, evaluating supplier products, and managing procurement, cost analysis, and contract negotiations to deliver turnkey projects and single-equipment orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Food, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in industrial machinery.
• Experience in EPC projects preferred.
• Advanced English mandatory; another foreign language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work full-time at Istanbul DTm office.

Responsibilities

• Handle global sales of silo systems, packaging machines, conveying lines, and bulk handling equipment.
• Coordinate with 6 international regional sales teams (Africa, Latin America, MEA, Asia) to drive global sales.
• Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of partner products and facilitate sales to end-customers.
• Manage end-to-end commercial process: sales, supplier management, procurement, technical proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Analyze customer requirements to provide suitable turnkey or single-equipment solutions.
