We are looking for a “Sales Manager” for our client, a well-established group company operating in the label manufacturing industry. This position will report directly to the General Manager.
This position will play a key role in accelerating commercial growth by expanding the company’s customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening its presence across local and international markets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably within the labels, flexible packaging or printing industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales management or people management role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Experience in managing key accounts and preferably leading a sales team.
- Strong existing network and customer relationships within the label industry will be a significant advantage.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes, pricing, profitability, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Currently residing in Istanbul or Kocaeli, or willing to relocate to either location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies in line with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas within the labels and packaging industry.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Develop new customer and market opportunities through active business development.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitors, pricing, and customer activities.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage pricing, contracts, and sales conditions.
- Ensure effective follow-up of quotations, tenders, projects, and customer requirements.
- Regularly report sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.
